Wed. Night: Rev. Kent's Middle East Trip Report!

Rev. Kent will present photos and show and tell items from his recent trip to the Middle East as part of a One Great Hour of Sharing visit refugee and migrant support partners. His presentation will start at 6:30pm in the Community Room,  but everyone is invited for supper at 5:45pm, as part of our regular Wednesday Night Live activities (Supper is served for a suggested donation of $5).
Rev. Kent visited Jordan, Occupied Palestine (including Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Jericho and others), Cairo, and two cities in Morocco. He’ll share photos and give a report on refugee conditions. Thanks to Union Church support of One Great Hour of Sharing (a world mission offering we customarily take on Palm Sunday), all of the agencies visited have made huge strides in relief and justice work for the more than 21 million refugees and displaced persons in the world.
