Our special program for Wednesday Nite Live was presented by our own Dodie Murphy, a Berea social worker working with many who suffer from addictions to alcohol and other drugs. In recovery herself for the last 28 years, Dodie shared some of the devastating consequences of addiction as well as the many resources and great hope offered by AA.
After the presentation, Rev. Rachel and Rev. Kent led a vigil for all those affected by addiction in any form. We are so grateful for all who are supporting the worth and dignity of themselves and families everywhere by this work.
