We seek to be responsible about our food, agriculture, energy needs…do we take the same care for our souls?
On the first Saturdays of April through October, Debbonnaire Kovacs will be offering half-day retreats at Holly Creek Smallholding, 773 Big Hill Rd, Berea. Retreats include presentations, discussions, meditations, outdoor time, and arts. Each retreat stands alone, but the whole series will help you create an arc of greater insight and understanding of your own unique soul.
First up, April 7: Light. A sustainable soul progressively discerns light, is a source of light to itself and others, and grows brighter and brighter though it waxes and wanes like the moon. Retreats are from noon to five pm and include a luncheon sourced from the Holly Creek Smallholding Gardens, with some ingredients from other local sources. $50 per retreat; special for anyone who wishes to pre-register for the entire series. To receive more information including an outline of the complete series and details on registration (which must be by April 4), call 859-779-0793 or email debbonnaire@debbonnaire.com. Limit ten people, so don’t delay!
