The Pastoral Relations Board is sending this email with an urgent request to complete the Pastoral Evaluation, the link to which is below, by midnight, Tuesday, January 22nd.
We apologize for this rush. Every three years we gather the congregation’s responses to a survey that provides honest evaluation to all aspects of Kent’s ministry. We missed the cut off for 2018, but the Administration Board has given us until the end of this month to run and process that survey.
Your response to the following survey will help us all know how to refine our efforts because our pastor is committed to working with the congregation in the best possible ways to further God’s ministry in all that we do together.
The survey is easy to do and shouldn’t take too long, though you can add more info in the essay questions if you wish to. The survey is anonymous. If you prefer a paper version, it may be picked up in the church office or at Wednesday Night Live. You can also get one next Sunday, but then you’d really have to hurry to get your responses in!
Again, we apologize for the rush. Next time we’ll try to get ahead on this!
