The Berea community mourns the several recent deaths of longtime residents: Dwight Blackburn, former member of Union Church, who passed away in Louisville last Friday, January 12 (service February 17, 2 p.m., at First Christian Church); Bill Suters, 79, who died unexpectedly on January 11; Scotty Rothwell, 92, who died January 11; and Dick Drake’s extended family, grieving the death of Joey, his daughter Margie’s husband. Joey passed away December 28th from cancer.
