The Berea Shape Notes Group to start again post-Covid! They will be meeting the first and third Sundays of every month in the parlor, at 1:30, beginning August 6. No experience or talent necessary! Come one, come all!

Mid-year Budget Meeting August 13, 3 pm The budget is a theological document that tells you where our values are and how we’ve decided to act those out. As the gospel of Matthew reminds us, “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
A revised 2023 Budget will be presented, as we now have a good picture of where things stand halfway through the year (as of June 30). Jean Boyce’s wonderful gooseberry jam will be sold as a fundraiser for $5 per jar (cash or check, pls)!
Help with Water and Summer Cooling Bills Beginning July 25, Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. will accept applications for the Low Income Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) and Summer Cooling portion of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Applications can be made through September 22, or until available funds have been expended.
