Rev. Kent will travel to Indianapolis right after worship today to teach a workshop. Tomorrow (Dr. Martin Luther, King, Jr., Day) is a day off for church staff.
Rev. Kent will preach at Berea College’s Tuesday noon chapel service at Danforth Chapel on January 27. All are welcome to attend this, and all, chapel services and the lunch afterwards.
Open Table Community Meals Every Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm:“Open Table” is a “pay what you can” ($0-$$) meal open to anyone. Chef Deb Beishline and a wonderful crew of volunteers prepare the menu each week always with gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly options . The food is great, the company is better, the hungry are fed, and we pray the love Jesus will be shown!

Room in the Inn (RITI)’s 8th season began Jan. 1, and runs through mid-March. RITI is a seasonal shelter serving those experiencing homelessness during the winter in Berea, Kentucky. Want to help? RITI is an all-volunteer organization.
