Families are the foundation of our communities, and as people of faith, we know the importance of family unity. Right now, the administration is shamefully targeting immigrant and refugee moms and separating families. As we approach Mother’s Day, it is critical that we make our voices heard and tell our national leaders to honor immigrant moms and protect family unity. No one benefits when mothers and their families cannot be together on Mother’s Day or any other day.
