Community Creativity Celebration

Community Creativity Celebration on the Church lawn, August 16, 5:00pm – 8:00pm for Adults and Kids and is designed to be an event for all of Berea.  This will be a fun event  to help us kick off the return of our Wednesday NIght Live meals and opportunites for fellowship, learning, and involvement in various groups in the church (e.g. youth group, choir, orchestra, small groups, action groups, etc.)  We need our church members and friends to make a great turnout for this opening event and invite friends and neigbors to attend.  This event will move to the Community Room in the church in case of rain (bad weather).

We have fliers for members to hand out or email to friends and neighbors and to put up around town if you know of any locations that might let you do that.  You can pick up fliers at the church or you can download the attached pdf file and print on your own or send it to others you might know.  We’d appreciate the help to advertise it.  We’ll also need volunteers from the church to help supervise the various activities we are offering.  Please contact me, David Jones, at djonesberea@gmail.com, if you can volunteer for one of the listed activities or offer a creative activity or booth that you can share that we haven’t thought of.
