Come young and old and let’s spread some joy! The Union Church Caroling Party is open to all and includes stops for Appetizers, Burgoo and Biscuits, and finally dessert! All with singing around town inbetween. This year we have the Berea Trolley to toodle around in, so transport should be a breeze. Here’s the plan:
- 5pm: Appetizers at Rev. Kent’s House 298 Harrison Rd. Park at the Berea Municipal Utilities parking lot and WALK across the new bridge (it’s not drivable yet). After some light snacks and cider, we’ll board the trolley and any extra cars we need to sing the night away.
- ~7pm: Burgoo and Biscuits and Rev. Rachel and Leslie’s house. The Trolley will drop us off, and for those who need to leave early, the BMU parking lot is only a short downhill walk away! The Small Stokes are cooking up a pot of goodness for all the singers, then it’s back out for more singing! (If you’re planning on going to the Holiday Concert at the Berea Arena Theatre, the trolley will take you there, too!)
- ~9:00pm: Dessert at Carla Gilbert and Kevin Burke’s house (125 Harrison Ct). Lots of sweet treats to finish our evening, and when you are ready to depart, the BMU parking lot is just down the street!
If you have any questions please call Kevin Burke at 985-1144. We’ll see you there!
