Union Church youth creates award-winning documentary!

Ben Whaley-Jones, one of our amazing youth leaders, was part of a team at the Appalachian Media Institute that created this 13-minute documentary on Black Lung Disease; it has been nominated to go to the Sundance Film Festival!  We had technical difficulties screening it today in church, but you can see it here!!  We’re so more »

Oct. 2: World Communion Sunday Prayer and Justice Candle

Another Prophet Born Among Us!

Welcome to the world, Elijah Thomas Riley Mullins! Born to Jasmine Beltran and Christopher Mullins on Thursday, June 16th, Elijah is already crying out prophetic statements. For unto us a child is born!

We are delighted to welcome a new baby into the Union Church family today!  At 6:00am, Elisha Craig Victory Owens-Park entered the world after 52 long hours of labor. Despite exhaustion, mom, baby, and dad are all doing great!  Congratulations Whitney Owens-Park and Joshua Park on your new son!
