Oct. 2: World Communion Sunday Prayer and Justice Candle

We had an exciting World Communion Sunday in joint celebration with our friends at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Berea. We also were able to join in prayer via video with Rev. Another Prophet Born Among Us!

Welcome to the world, Elijah Thomas Riley Mullins! Born to Jasmine Beltran and Christopher Mullins on Thursday, June 16th, Elijah is already crying out prophetic statements. For unto us a child is born!

We are delighted to welcome a new baby into the Union Church family today!  At 6:00am, Elisha Craig Victory Owens-Park entered the world after 52 long hours of labor. Despite exhaustion, mom, baby, and dad are all doing great!  Congratulations Whitney Owens-Park and Joshua Park on your new son!

Children’s Church is Back!

All ye with little ones, the wait is over!  We’ll start children’s church tomorrow morning during our 10:30am worship!  Spread the word! Children’s church is a worshipful storytelling of bible stories, based loosely on the Godly Play (R) program.  Here’s a video that shows what it’s like.
